On the day of arrival your room is ready for occupancy from 13.30. If you arrive after 18.00 o’clock, please let us know in advance by phone, so that we can arrange accordingly. Room check-out is until 10.30 a.m.. You are welcome to use our indoor swimming pool, sauna area and relaxation rooms until 6:00 p.m. for 25,00€. Afternoon snack and drinks at the tea and juice bar in the wellness area included.
We confirm your bookings and reservation in writing. Please settle your bill before your departure at the reception in cash or by EC card. We also accept Mastercard and VISA credit cards.
The best advertisement for our house is a recommendation of our guests. If you liked it with us, bring your friends or family members with you the next time you visit! Every new guest who books a vacation at the wellness hotel through your recommendation is also worthwhile for you. As a thank you, we will grant you a credit of 10% on the accommodation price (lodging and ¾ pension) of your stay.

With pleasure your well behaved dog may accompany you (€ 12,00/day, without food and other services). Please bring blanket and bowls and leave your dog in the house ONLY on the leash!
Some room types, the restaurant as well as the wellness area and garden are unfortunately taboo for your four-legged friend. Dogs are allowed in the double room Enzian, family room Lusen and Silberberg suite. However, you can compensate your dog with extended walks directly from the hotel door.
Your children should feel comfortable with us – after all, they have a say in the choice of vacation. Our children’s playroom is equipped with billiards, table tennis and a play corner. The beautiful large playground in the garden with soccer field, giant Mikado and bocce court offer space for climbing and romping. In the restaurant there is a separate menu for the little ones, also highchairs are available, as well as travel cribs in the rooms.
The climatic health resort Bodenmais charges a tourist tax for each overnight stay (currently 2,50 €/day/person over 16 years, children 6 to 16 years €1,30/day).The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.

Outdoor parking in front of the hotel complex is free of charge.
All prices are per night and person in Euro, including ¾-board dining and meal arrangement and VAT. If you book only with breakfast, € 14,00 per person/night will be deducted from the daily rates. Children up to 2 years are free, 5 to 9 years € 30,00, 10 to 14 years €35,00 15 to 18 years 20 % reduction (per night and child, in parent’s room).

Tuesday our sports therapist offers back fit or Nordic walking. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday water gymnastics takes place at our adventure pool.
There are no cancellation costs if the guest cancels the trip in writing 4 weeks before departure. After that, if the guest does not re-let the room, 70% of the ¾-board dining and meal arrangement price will be charged or 80% cancellation fee for B&B.
There may be variations in the room types shown. The price differences result from variations in size, equipment and location of the rooms, the other services remain the same. We will be happy to fulfill your room request, however, we cannot guarantee the reservation of certain room numbers or floors. This also applies to special table requests in the restaurants.
